Would anyone have an idea of what to pay for a cased H&H Mauser takedown in 375 express in the US market? its in great shape but it has been drilled and tapped. It is very similar to the one in the link below. Thank you.

Here’s a somewhat similar one (at least the caliber is similar, and it’s a takedown but not built on a Mauser action) for sale in Canada for $11k CDN.... About $8250 USD after applying the exchange rate:

Very nice MS, in quite good condition. Especially nice in the original case with all the accessories, I would certainly be happy to own that one.

Re. the description in Morphy's Auction listing: Since when is the Mannlicher Schoenauer action not strong enough for the 400/375 Express cartridge????

Yes, hence why when I posted a link to that rifle recently I made the comment that the whoever wrote the description was talking through his ringpiece.

8-10K is probably fair, your getting a lot of rifle for that money...IMHO.

If you end up getting it I’d love to see some pictures of the markings and components to compare with my “no name” mauser in 375 Express.
