If I understood correctly the 6.3 mark denotes being made 1912-1914

Barrel marks:



The serial number on the barrel matches the butt plate number. Hated to hear it was refinished but, I don't think I got hurt too badly on the price. It is still a wonderfully made firearm to me. Great to know the scope is Schmidt & Bender at least. Thanks for all your help.

The CROWN-crown/N proofmarks denote proof using the special smokeless "4000 atm proof powder". The 6,3 mm marking was used from 1912 on in Suhl, but the 1,6 g GBP/KmG service load marking is still the old style. A post-1912 marking would be K.m.G./8 g, but there was some time of overlapping in 1912. So I date the rifle to 1912.
