Mannlicher Model 95 Bolt Problem
      #315750 - 28/04/18 01:52 AM

I have a Model 95 Straight Pull that is in pretty nice shape, except the bolt head will not stay extended. That means that the bolt can't be inserted into the receiver, and so far, I haven't found any disassembly instructions. In looking at a schematic of the bolt, I can't tell which component is causing the problem. Does anyone have any ideas that might help me sort this out?

The solution to the problem involved a penny. A dime would have been better, but I was a little short! I simply held the bolt head in the forward position, and wedged it with a slightly modified penny. Then it was easy to insert the bolt into the receiver and snick it home. Problem solved.
