1908 safety lever.
      #310271 - 12/01/18 12:47 AM

Looking for a safety lever for a 1908. Don't want to mess with my original and it hits the scope. Thanks

The M-Sch safety levers are all the same, from a M1900 to the latest "Magnum" models. So a safety for a Greek military M1903 will do. These are sometimes available from gun parts dealers like Numrich or Sarco.

Sarco doesn't have anything listed for the Greek.

No, the 1895 Mannlicher safety is slightly different and does not work in a Mannlicher-Schoenauer.

You may want to try Springfield Sporters. I got some greek m-s parts from them a couple of years ago. Check out their web site and give them a call. Last time I looked they did not have all their parts listed on the website
for the M-S.

Good luck

Malpais

Their website says that they are on vacation and has nothing else on it. I'll keep trying and if they come back I'll phone. Thanks.

You may want to give Jeff Lee a call at Lee's Gun Parts in Irving Texas.
I gotten M-S parts from him also. www.leesgunparts.com

Thanks. I'll have to wait until next week as he says he's only open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. He also says that his machine doesn't take messages. lol

The small end doesn't look the same. I appreciate your help though. M95's won't fit.
