Some of my LEO buddies have been using the original one of these for the past couple years, all with very positive feedback..so much so I purchased one last year and installed it on a Daniel Defense AR I had purchased earlier..I really like it for anything from point blank to 200 yards....seems this one is similar only better glass and a few extra bells and whistles..

What mounting systems does it use, and more accurately which rifles can they be mounted on?

Looked at the Trijicon website and the mounts, QD lower type mounts, mentioned piccatinny and weaver rail mounts?

Is the Weaver rail mount a dovetail type mount?

They are meant, at least the mount I purchased with mine, on a picatinny rail, like those you will find on top of a AR type rifle...

Like this...

You can get these to fit most bolt rifles as well ..

Piccatinny? Too ugly for a decent rifle. :O

Maybe an ugly bolt action though.

Standard issue on a AR style rifle...this is becoming more and more common as a feature you can purchase on a custom action with an integral picatinny on the action..with a built-in 20MOA or 30MOA base... for long distance target shooting..

Here are some AR parts - seems the whole rifle to me. Of course you would have to purchase magazines too. My small bore forum friend noted these shoot very well.

In US funds.

$379.97 US + State tax + magazines, of course - complete AR15 with Automatic bolt.

G'Day Fella's,

Thanks for sharing Ripp.

I was looking at getting a Trijicon MRO, as a replacement for an original 1x24 Reflex sight (that I got some time last century). They look the goods, and I like the idea of the rheostat (Dimmer Switch).

One thing I have noticed with the above Trijicon Reflex and a couple of RMR sights I have, is the poor low light performance. Though I'm not sure if my aging eye's are more the cause of this, rather than the optical equipment?
