Looking to buy a vintage or new, like the slings westley richards was making a few years back, with the metal hooks for English magazine rifles.

I saw one at Bisley yesterday for five pounds sterling, secondhand. I put it back because I already have one...

I see the leather with the hooks, and the canvas with quick detach set up, but no hooks, unless I missed something....

Yes, leather only. You can ask WR to make one for you though, apparently they are quite happy to make one offs, obviously at a slight increase in price.

Jeff's Outfitters (https://www.jeffsoutfitters.com/) used to sell such slings. They still list the slings in their catalog, but not the hooks, but asking them might be worth a try.
