Safari Withdrawal Fever

Is anyone else getting the itch, the fever of safari withdrawal?

My workload has dropped off and I feel the need to kill something. Got to make some plans.

In the meantime, here's hoping for some stories and photos from some of our members who are heading South or West this year. Past hunting exploits are also welcome.

Whenever I come home from a Safari, I'm in an absolute funk for about two months. Sure doesn't make my manager happy at work

For me, 'safari' is just a matter of juicing-up the Landy, tossing the hunting-clobber in the back, and heading off. Long-weekend too.

But...

Just bought a new home, settlement next week. Mountains of stuff to pack and move, and serious renovations to current property required prior to luring tennants. Don't think I'll be watching the stars through a mozzie-net anytime soon!

...so yeah, NitroX, I do know how you feel!
