Extractor cut for Einstecklauf

I have an Einstecklauf being built in 7x65r to go into my combination gun so I have a double rifle for shooting driven boar. Given that empty cases just fall out when you tip up the barrels and quickest way to reload is just a twist of wrists and shake, do I need to have the extractor machined to take the extension extractor? Or is this necessary to keep it indexed correctly in the chamber?
