Hunting Lodges

I love the photos of the grand castles with their grand trophies. However, I would like to see some actual hunting lodges, or camps, that ordinary hunters use. I am in the process of renovating an old house, and would like to do so in an European hunting camp theme.

Very cool. And, you couldn't say the builders didn't make every effort to get it to blend in, you know, with the environment.

Caribou leather hinges would add a bit more charm.

A Swedish moose hunters cabin,well plus roe,boar,fallow,fox and goose hunters too.
A couple of pics of this cabin that was aged at 350 years ,the owners moved it from another location to where it was enjoyed by the hunters.I loved the feel of it, the great friendship and the food break after the morns hunt was great too.

Lodge we stayed at in Spain a year ago.. was one of the best hunts of my life..

Quite a lodge, Ripp. Great pictures - as usual.
We're planning a trip to Spain in 2018 - mostly around Marbella, I think.

Seriously was once of the most fun trips I have ever taken with the little woman..great people, great food..nice climate...would go back in a heart beat...
