Which would be a new world record archery elk I believe..

Thats a whopper. A pity the pics dont show its real size/value.I bet more come to light.

I hope it was truly wild and free taken.

I remember as a kid watching a big elk scratching it's croup with one tip. Looks like this one could do that easily.

I've seen that in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Huvius, a number of times. It's amazing to watch.

I am sure this will be a cover story in the next few months on a magazine somewhere..when I see it I will post --

Montana does NOT allow elk farms..plus I am aware of where this animal was taken..it is most definitely free range.. a magnificent trophy for sure and certainly has passed on some of those genetics...
