dateing my mannlicher mca

its an mca with 451xx serial no. the reciver has not been tapped but the rear has factory tapped
i assume for a peep sight.has a 2 leaf express sight and in 3006. one question is was it blued in high luster or matte which its in now.im sure the barrel has some bluing touch up but the receiver seems natural. no markings on the floor platehavent removed the stock yet almost afraid to since the barrel has a lot of pitting thats been blued over but the action is near mint.
