Be very careful, That Oakey Barn sell a lot of shit and only supply you with carefully selected low quality photos. A while ago they had a Husqvarna in 9.3x57 which I was interested in however the photo was fairly crap and of the left hand side. When I asked for more photos the guy there (The boss)told me he didn't have any other photos as everybody trusted him and his word was gold. I left my email address anyway and about three weeks later some photos arrived, obviously after no one else wanted it. The reason it hadn't sold was because it was in crap condition and had a TACTICAL bolt handle fitted. The description however said in perfect original condition and you couldn't see the bolt handle form the photo on the add, obviously purposely. I know a chap in Queensland who lives near him and he said the same, super shifty and never trust anything he says unless you can see it yourself.

I've been and had a look as well back in October. It is a nice rifle that hasn't done much work.
If I wasn't overgunned already I would buy it. The price is now getting towards the right money.

I bought one centre fire from them that had a split stock behind the tang which got worse as i fired it ,i told them and they said, send it back ,and it was repaired and back in a week which i thought was good service ,did however buy a BRNO22 there ,that had the wrong bolt in it and so stiff you could barely operate it

So, the obvious question, how much is the 450/400? I don't need a Merkel but I have amate who is constantly teetering on the precipice of owning a double
