What do you consider to be the best exposed hammer single?

If we limit our choices to "exposed hammer" singles, what it your choice for best or at least, the best looking single shot rifle?

I can't help but admire the 1877 Sharps "English" rifle.

I would have to say it would be my 1885 Winchester High Wall in .45-70.

Hard to beat an Alexander Henry in style or quality!
Many break action hammer guns are lovely too.

Man, that's a tough one. I have a weakness and am a sucker for about all of them, British, German and domestic. When it comes to working or doing something I'm pretty decisive but when someone mentions "favorite" or "best" I'm a washtub full of indecisive goo. Of the ones I own my Johann Outschar has to be close to the top.

Top rifle in top picture.

My little Jeffrey Rook rifle I'm working with right now is pretty decent but I don't have a picture of it. It's the typical W C Scott Rook rifle they made for about everyone and I believe mine happens to be one that was indeed finished by Jeffrey. According to Collingwood and the way mine if fitted and finished it about has to be.

My 1885 Winchester High Wall, barreled to 7X57R by the late Harry Creighton and stocked by the late Hal Hartley.

The barrel isn't stainless, Harry died before bluing it and I have never gotten around to having it finished. It's only been that way for a little less than 30 years.

85's are indeed sweet, especially with "some" history.

Not sure if its the best ,recently aquired a remington hepburn .It was worked on by Mashburn ArmsCo and in 219 Zipper imp.It was drilled and tapped for a Unertl type scope ,so I modified the talley base to match existing holes and replaced the rock hard butt pad .
Formed up some 30-30 cases with a mix of dies to try it out and waiting on proper loading dies .It is heavy and does shoot
