I am using it. A very good torch but not the epitome of torch.

I bought a similar, light from Princess Auto several years ago for 7 or 8 bucks. It still works just fine (as far as I know) - came with a charger and stick battery- I do not know the amperage. If I can find it, I may edit this post - or not.
