Nice article, thanks! I've heard lots of poor reports on the Hornady DGX bullets on buffalo on various forums. I wouldn't risk using that bullet on anything when there are so many awesome bullets out there like A-Frames, Woodleighs, North Forks and Barnes. I like Partitions in my 270 for elk, deer and black bear, but for anything more dangerous or heavier boned I favor the A-Frames.

I agree about the Hornady ammo Chuck. I find in my 416 Rigby it is 150fps slower then my home loads but kicks sharper and harder. Also the solids group well away from the soft points. This makes the Hornady ammo useless to me. I use the Woodleigh 410 grain SN and Hydros in my 416 Rigby. They shot to the same point of impact.
