As this is now a .303" , was the firing pin bushed, or a .303" block used ? I see you have also used the very nice MkI M-H butt plate, but I assume not the MkI action. It all loos very nice.

Yes it has a bushed pin. The butt plate is not the M H one but an English styled checkered plate from TOTW. I use them for many of the stocks I do

The butt plate is also quite "Winchester", seems to me. I used to have a bunch of them, but they all got used up on Mauser rifle builds over the years, 2 of them, on .458's.

I didn't know Track had them - thanks for that. If I re-stock my Model 1876, I'll need one.
