Alaska Double Rifle Shoot
      #263539 - 14/04/15 11:41 AM

Just a heads up for some of the guys that are members here. As well as anyone that wants to come!
On May 2 at 10 am. at Birchwood we'll have the annual shoot. Cal Pappas is going to be flipping the burgers.
It'll be a $20 fee for each shooter for the range.

Please PM me if you're going to wander by. Thanks

Gentlemen here is some eye candy from our "shoot" last Saturday. There were 20 - 25 folks that showed up with about 40 rifles. There were H&H Royals down to Bikals.
All had a good time and Cal Pappas was flipping the burgers at the tailgate party.
Cal even managed to place 6 shots in the two holes in the target shown at 35 yds with his 12 bore. ( Personally I suspect that he missed with four just to make it look good!) The other 2 little holes were 450 NE shots by a newbie to the gathering.

We had two guys that found cheap seats on the plane and came up from Seattle for the day for this shoot. That was impressive.
They got to shoot just about everything there. Talk about silly grins.. LOL They had a major case of that going on.

Thanks for sharing Mike.

I absolutly love your A.H .577/500Magnum(and the others too)...

I have ordered new .577/500 Magnum from Dieter Horneber. Once I get it I will start reloading for the H&H I have.

Keep up.

PS: I have read your AR PM..:-)

Which one Jens? The hammerless or the hammered one?

I really love the Henrys.
