A bit of activity on the preaching tree lately.I reckon its great to see how many different deer show up on cams..deer that one never see`s in daylight hours despite many hours put in.The cam is right in the middle of an unapproachable area hence their activity.

Hello Gryphon,

I have no experience with game cameras, but I think the pictures are are beautiful and the quality is very good also!

May I ask you about your equipment?
Was the equipment especially constructed/assembled for this job or is this common equipment without any modifications?

best regards
Rolf

Rolf these photos were taken with a simple Bushnell game camera. Perhaps from memory a cost of around $120 four years ago.the same camera takes very poor IR images though.

I need a game camera, one with good night qualities. My farm deer are on heat at present. Saw some wild deer tracks in the vineyards this weekend, probably attracted by the scent blowing on the breeze into the hills. What might be wandering around at night? Once gained a wild buck when he jumped into a paddock to get at the does.

JG,

Like the young fellow in your photos.
