FN Belgium barreled action

The barrel is marked "W. J. Jeffery & Co" with English proofs for 404 in 2013. action in the white. Someone's unfinished project. Muzzle isn't crowned. One of my reloaded .404 Jeffery cartridges will not completly go into the chamber. I don't know how it can be proofmarked and not have the cartridge marked but it is. Newer magzine/floorplate/triggerguard with button release for floorplate. Will ship anyway you wish as you are paying for it. If paid with a CC you pay the 3% fee. Expect shipping to be more from Alaska. If your FFL will accept firearms from a private individual no fee will incur. If FFL won't a $25 fee will be added as this is what it will cost me. $450
