I am wanting some day to maybe restore my WE back to the way it ounce was in 1914, any ideas who could do this or should I be looking for someone who knows WE double rifles. The appears to be all original but some small dings and usage. I see JJ does it at champlins this is where I bought the rifle.

Unless there's a malfunction with it I'd leave it alone. Those dents and dings show it's history. Changing it will de-value it.

Are you wanting to restore or repair? Total restoration would include wood/receiver/barrels and insuring it is tight on face. JJ would be one to perform this task. Depends on what you want to spend and your priorities.

Most collectors and British gun enthusiasts understand that the Brit's had the barrels re-blacked and stocks refreshed as part of normal maintenance. Without seeing at least pictures of the gun it is hard for me to recommend a course of action to you. I very rarely will re-color harden an action just to restore the colors. I usually suggest to my clients that they be conservative in the restorations they undertake. That said at times a full restoration is warranted. Could you post some pictures of your rifle?
Steve
