OK what's happening, an emergency change to the rifle's length of pull?

No, that was an older Heym .500 NE, from the beginning of the 90tys (you can see this at the old stock design), but the lengh was to mutch. So Ralf did an measurement and fixed it in the field, for the owner of the double, witch cant bring it (so easy) to an good stocker...
