Has anybody bought a gun case from the Italian company Emmebi. Are they any good and what are they like to deal with. They have a huge range and they certainly look well made, prices aren't bad either and they are actually made in Italy not China, or so they say. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi Waidmannsheil,
I have purchased 8 over the years and have always had good results. They ARE NOT made in China and come from Italy.
If you make contact with them they will send you samples of both the felt and leather. I suggest that you mark to the attention of "Aimo" who has organised all of mine. They will ask the normal questions as to which make / model of firearm and case that your interested in which are all shown on their website. They will make Custom cases for additional cost if you have your own ideas.
Also have a look at their 'Specials' as they will often make cases for popular makes in bulk and you can save heaps.
All the best in your purchase,
Cheers for now,
Jeff Gray

Thanks Chapuisarmes for the swift reply. Sounds like they are a good company to deal with and best of all, "Not Made In China". I loathe anything made in China and avoid buying anything made there if I can. I have my own Engineering business and see daily the damage they have done to our once thriving industry. Thanks again.

Jeff Never bought one of these however can you advise roughly what postage would cost to Australia and also do you get the VAT off? I know I can ask them however you may have some local insight. Thanks. Rick

Talk to Graeme Spraggon at Armidale or Tamworth.
