Elephants cross highway using new underpass

When is a tunnel not a tunnel? When it’s a trunk road. This tunnel, which connects two wilderness areas in Kenya, has just opened and for the first time elephants have been spotted using it.

We have similar tunnels and even a bridge for elk to cross the highway in Banff National Park. The animals catch on quickly.

I wish the Chineses won't see these pictures. Very practical for poaching and loading up the truck.
