The gems is a Bull Eric i was very happy getting him as far as the 7 hr stalk to get him it was great but sure did ware us out lol

Baboons ever evaded me. Not sure my wife would accept a full mounted baboon home. Congratulations.

My wife didnt like the idea of the full mount baboon either but now that it is here she likes it the best.

I like the color of the wall behind the Gemsbok, Impala, and springbok. It really shows off your trophies!

Biggamehunter,
I must say that you got a very nice bag there,especially the Blesbuck,Impala and the duiker.With the Gemsbuck it is easier to get a 40 incher if you go for the females but their horns are a lot thinner than the bulls and not as impressive.The steenbuck is also impressive but I forgot the qualifying for RW on steenbuck.
I think there is a lot of gyus here wishing to have a bag like this and it is something to be proud of.

I would have replyed sooner but forgot my password  . Yes I'm very happy with them I wouldnt trade them for anything im not a trophy hunter by any means i would have taken what ever. but my PH got me in front of these fine animals. He wants me to have them scored but that dont matter to me. I could have shot a what we thought to be a 43" gems but i was to slow bringing the gun up  oh well like i said im happy with what i got. Im heading back over in late 06 for another great adventure. will take a Kudu,Eland,Zebra, Warthog, and maybe Nyala. Where abouts are you at over there?

I'm out in Benoni wich is about 20min drive from JHB Int Airport.My office is about 1km from the airport.We are about 20km From JHB City centre.Your next adventure surly sounds like a lot of fun and looking at the animal you mentioned you want to take then you'll probably end up hunting in Zululand or more likely in in the Limpopo Valley or maybe a littlebit west of there towards Ellisras or Thabazimbi where me and Nitro hunted a couple of years ago.

The baboon mount is excellent. I'm afraid I shall have to pinch this idea and get one done for myself !
