Browning disassembly

Hi Guys
I am about to take ownership of a Browning B25 (superposed) D3, 1975 vintage. The gun requires a bit of TLC and for that, I need to remove the stock and forearm wood. Any tips or problems areas I need to look out for?

Go to www.midwestgunworks.com and under gun parts / Browning gun parts / Browning Superposed Shotgun you can find the Browning Factory Service Manual, the manual is a pdf file. Down load it, have fun.

They also have parts and parts kits for the superposed.

Looks like a decent manual.
I think that all D grades have a 3 piece forend so just make sure whatever instructions you have cover this off.
