I suppose that Treacher & Co was a trader, not a maker. They sold many kind of goods, for example this:

Many retailer sourced their guns from the 'trade' and had their names added to the guns. It's almost impossible to figure out who the real makers were.

Welcome to NitroExpress Bamaman!

With photos of all the stamps and marks on the rifle, on the barrels and on the action, you can learn a lot about the rifle.

Show us some pictures, I'm sure we can help at least to some extent.
Some builders are obvious, and at least we can tell you something about the action type and construction.
