Nordmann; it seems that you always would like to say something negative in any situation you have and yours sense of humour is IMO very constrained.

Looks like a fitting use of fences, in an ad, to me. Nice curves are nice curves; take for example the coachwork of the firm Pininfarina (Sergio), say in particular their work for Ferrari. All artists have their inspiration; I'm good with the babe.

Nordmann,

You are certainly one arrogant piece of work. I as I'm sure many others on this forum restrain from responding to your snooty remarks feeling that you are not worth the time; I for once will only grant you this few seconds.

NE,

Sorry John, this guy is too much. Perhaps a vote should be taken to prompt a decision. Personally I think Nordmann should take his wares and shove them up his tail. I wouldn't give the ass a dime.

Mark

Just click on his user name and again at the bottom where it says 'ignore this user'.

Simple and quick and it works quite well.

Yes, this works very well.

Instead of seeing any of Nerdmann's annoying comments, all you see displayed under his name is: "*** you are ignoring this user ***"

I would also ask the moderator to review Nerdmann's past comment history, and observe how they are designed to do nothing more than intentionally antagonize the other forum members.

I would therefore ask the moderator to step in, and REMOVE him from these forums.

If other forum members request the moderator to have him removed, I'm sure the moderator will oblige.

Agree

Nordmann

Re your comment, does it really matter ?

It's not your advert, it's not stopping you from selling anything.

I think it could have been done slightly better but
the concept is very good, it gets the message across
and probably hit the mark !!!

If you see the advert in reality in one of the sporting magazines in the UK it is very well done, just the reproduction here leaves a little to be desired, rgds, Mike

Before you do this, think a little. I agree Nordmanns´ comments may be a little too strong at times but we all put our comments on this forum with our own opinions. Otherwise the forums would not exist. We post and if we are not agreed with, that is life, would you sit down for a beer with 6 guys who didn´t have an opinion ? I think not or else it would be a very boring conversation ! There is a forum some of you may know, and there is one contributor under the moniker of Homeless Joe....you either love him or hate him BUT he has a very good knowledge of double shotguns so I enjoy his misives. I remember on this forum a few years ago when I was having a custom Mannlicher made and when it was finished a few of you pointed out that the stock grip was not to their taste. They were absolutely right, it´s not to mine either now I have the rifle but rather than take umbrage, I learnt. Unless there is personal abuse which is unacceptable I prefer to hear everyones´views whether I agree or not. Remember Voltaire (before current political correctness) ..."I disagree with everything you have said, but will defend with my life your right to say it". The problem with the internet in my opinion is people type immediately something they would never say to you in a bar over a beer !

Yes, but in many cases Nerdmann's comments are NOT opinions. They are direct attacks at the forum members. For example ... "...Simple things please simple minds!..."

I'll still vote to ask for his removal. That's MY opinion, and I'll stick with it.

Thank you, AkMike, for bringing the "ignore this user" option to my attention. I will go there next.

We all have opinions and I'm sure we all acknowledge that "opinions are like assholes, everybody has one" but based on Nordmann's history of uncalled-for remarks his asshole to opinion ratio is way off, with the overwhelming bulk being asshole.

I will now proceed to remove the Denmark ass a.k.a. Nordmann from view ... and he's outta here.

Have to agree with Mike. I actually find his comments amusing and if they are too much at least I can skip over them. Would certainly be a different story to have someone face to face saying some of those things. Would not able to be so accepting.

This is how one intentionally troublemaking fool who only visits these forums to advertise his firearms commercially without permission, turns what was supposed to be a fun thread into a fight and negative thread.

This person should realise his posts can be accessed by any of his customers, and it is easy for search engines to find these posts and the sort of character they are dealing with.

Personally I try to have a positive outlook in life, and think a Beretta window display with shooting clothing and a gun and other shooting paraphernalia is a positive thing for the sport.

PS I have shopped at the Beretta section at Harrods and also at the Beretta shop in the West End. I like it that labels such as Beretta (and Barbour etc) do not need to sell a GBP55 shirt for GBP200 simply because of the label name sewn on by possibly the same sweatshops.

PPS BTW even Nordmann must realise that image is a computer graphic of the design and not the actual window display. I hope so anyway.

Throughout September Beretta will have a prestigious window display in a prime location in Harrods, London. Stunningly displayed in window 47, near the Basil Street entrance, will be a showcase of Beretta’s beautiful new range of clothing and accessories for the Autumn/Winter season.

The focal point of the display will be the exquisite, new St James tweed shooting suit, which will be accessorised with items from the B1 Signature range, including the soft gun case and cartridge bag. The display also features a rather eye catching and unusual piece, an antique wooden deer head with genuine antlers.

All items in the window display are available to purchase now from either the Beretta concession at Harrods (5th floor) or from the Beretta Gallery, St James’s Street, London.

Nordmann is a fake , phony and fraud. He has stated in various posts that he owns or owned guns that I know for a fact that he has not. He is only on this forum to promote his guns which he has for sale. Guys like this have no balls and in person are almost always wimps. Dump this dick….

I have to admit to a fair degree of satisfaction with the recent posts.

I placed Nordmann on my "ignore user list" about 5 months ago. I would suggest any one else fed up with the negativity and general arrogance to do the same.

Great feature on the forum.

Dear Nordmann

I hope you are recovering well from your motor car accident.

Mike Baily sums this up Best I think. A right to an opinion is paramount, if not fundamental to good and healthy discussion.

I think you came unstuck in your reaction to those who chose NOT to agree with you. Instead of letting that disagreement roll over you, you chose instead to retaliate with the very childish comments that you vilify others for.

You deal in high end items. Remember this is a very very small world and the market for high end items is tiny ,relativley speaking
People, including those of us in the South West Pacific make buying decisions partly based on peoples character, and how they react to and regard others with whom they may be dealing.

For me at least such business transaction need to be pleasent affairs. I need to know the person Im about to give $200,000K to. ( Im not BTW) is of good character and considerate of others and their opinions.

As I business person ( if nothing else), I am nor sure you have demonstrated that. You may not care about any of that, and that is fine too. Your choice.

Regards
Eric

I can not say Nordmanns company do not exist and nor can not say Nordmann is who he says he is, but the company(James Edition or Etherington Thorpe & Company) is not registred here in Denmark.
Something just lacks tranparency all the way through.
Personally I would be aware of such firms where that don`t have a true physical adress like H&H, Champlins or Joe`s gunshop in Hood-owl Creek. Likewise would I be aware of someone who by sudden pops up flashing with a company NOBODY have ever heard of before since the age of GOOGLE with babylons intire treasure holds. Too much suckergoods in my book....

This sounds some what similar to a person that was promising to build DR's several years ago and scammed several folks out of a bunch of cash deposits. IIRC he skipped out to a country in the north of Europe..

Does anyone else recall this?

I pushed the Ignor button., This guy is an ignoramus who is just trying to stir up trouble amoung the members of this group. Let him roll up his tent and take his wears and opinions elsewhere. I have enough real concerns without guys like this always stirring up Shit!

Really, I find Nordmann's posts quite entertaining.
That we have run this far on this thread is proof that he has a knack for irritating people.
The unfortunate aspect of his demeanor is that I am sure he would have some constructive insight into some aspects of the fine firearms world, but the discussion never gets that far.
It is hard to build up a worthwhile thread of posts when there is negativity right out of the gate. Some people understand this, and others do not...
Out of curiosity, does anyone here know how the Blackhawk group folded?
I remember seeing an occasional ad of theirs in the Double Gun Journal and know of them from the classic car world but wonder how or why they closed the gun end of the business.

Re-opened this old thread. Think I will use the image on a new thread with the same theme. It is amazing how one complete immature attention seeking dickhead can ruin a thread.

Deleted a lot of his old posts.
