I went to photobucket, shrunk the photo to BELOW the minimum required.

It's a .jpg picture.

Pasted in avatar "URL" box and keep getting the same message "wrong photo type".

Went to FAQ and it says my problem is "extra spaces"

There are NO spaces in a Photobucket URL.

I'm at a loss !

Photobucket URL was at fault I think.
