I was interested in seeing Michael taking a cow buffalo. Something I might consider if and when I get to Africa hunting again. A cheaper option of hunting buff.
They can make good trophies too. I remember a cow buff shoulder mount hanging in the dining area/banda of the Halsteads family property in West Nicholson, "Chipisi" (lomg since taken over by "warvets"). A "PH" who was visiting, thought it was a bull. Our PH in Afrikaans informed him of his mistake so he wouldn't continue to be embarrassed. There are PHs and there are "PHs".

In light of recent news of accidental shootings of PH`s etc in the video it looks a bit iffy at the 2.19 mark where a rifle barrel appears to be looking at the guides back.

BTW this hypocrite Michael Yardley, after posing with various "trophy animals" himself, now criticises trophy hunting and photos of guys with their trophy animals.
With the planned EU ban of semi-auto firearms in true fifth columnist character he now is also critical of semi-auto firearms.
Note as a great proponent of free speech and debate, he is quick on the ban trigger with anyone who disagrees with him ...

I met Yardley in a pub in the West End of London back two or three years ago. Got a photo somewhere I need to edit him out of ...
Yardley hypocritically posted a list of ten requirements he has for any hunt to be ethical or some such BS. When I posted as a polite reply with ten of his photos which broke all of his own rules, I got banned immediately.
He also said he wants debate on his page, and doesn't mind alternative view points. As long as they don't disagree with him, I think is the point.
I think he must be on the booze a lot with the stupidity he posts and thinks he can get away with.

I exchanged views with him on Freakbook for a while, but gave up on it.
He's one of those shooters who thinks that any form of shooting that he doesn't engage in, can be thrown under the bus to make him look more Politically Correct.

I had a look at this vid for the first time today even though it was orig posted in `13.
Seeing as there were quite a few young calves among the cows was there any effort to roll a dry cow at all?
My shit internet does not support very good video.
