Either Kahles or Zeiss in Germany will probably do it for you. Kahles also do older scopes like Pecar etc..

Zeiss has a service station in the US.Do a quick web search and call them.

I talked to Ziess today, and I was referred to Cassidian - Optronics which is the LE/Military division of Ziess. They still manufacture scopes under the Hensoldt name. They asked me to e-mail some photos of my scope and check to see if it can be serviced by them.

Also found that Suddarth Opitical Repair will service early german optics. They quoted $95 to clean and reseal my scope. Although their main services are for binoculars and telescopes

IronSight Inc. quoted $105 with a 12 -14 month turn around. --------- GeezerD

According to Parson's website, the only German scopes they work on are Weatherbys (didn't know there was such a thing).

Too bad, as many of us have early German scopes that need attention. I also have a Zeiss 'Starmor' spotting/ astronomy telescope that I'd love to have serviced and it also needs a couple of fittings fabricated.

This company advertises that they can do repairs on these older German scopes. http://www.ironsightinc.com/

I recently sent them my Swedish AGA M/42 scope from my Swedish M96 sniper rifle. They told me it would be about a 10 month turn around time but failing to find anyone else that could repair it I though it acceptable. Price was $105, up front.

I did have, several years ago, a Carl Zeiss, Jenna Zielsechs scope repaired. The horizontal wire blew loose on recoil. I forget whom I used but I do remember that whomever I used was unable to repair the Swedish scope. He could not get it apart. I sent the Zeiss scope to this fellow because Zeiss, US said they don't service these scopes (I thought all Zeiss scopes had a lifetime warranty.)
