Is this unusual

Shot my DR at 100 yards for the first time and the group improved slightly from 2.34" to 2.25" with 2 in the 10 ring and 2 in the nine ring. Is this unusual?

Not so much unusual as good !!!

You need to shoot it a few times at 50 and 100
on the same day with the same load to see if it does this all of the time.

I have some double rifles where the bullets seem to travel parrallel to each other
over their flight (as opposd to crossing).

Sounds like you have a good one.

This is a very accurate rifle. The fifty yard group has all 6 shoots in the 10 ring.

Thats about what I expect out of a double rifle for myself, anything less is unacceptable...

I get a kick out of accepted quotes like Boddingtons, wherein he states that minute of grapefruit is all one needs for a double rifle...

I just may need/want to stick one of those big slugs in old M'Bogos eyeball and I bloody well want a rifle capable of doing just that...
