Paradox off face- need a smith!

Recently got a Francotte Paradox, needs some TLC, off face! I need some names in the US of people who can repair this correctly. Of course cost is some consideration, but this needs to be done right, and in a timely manner. Suggestions? Hammers also mismatched, but this can wait.
