Here`s a really rough one from early last week followed by a stag`s pics I took a month or so ago.
I got a front page with one of his pics with a few more inside I believe.
And a hind hurdling the fence back into the cover.

Well done JG on the cover photo. No doubt you will sell more cover photos with your work.

Nice photos! Congratulations. The stag looks quite contented with his morning sit-and-think.

As the cover shown is a pic of a pic and not flat it isnt reproduced as well.
The white specks are insects that he moved as he walked.

Very good JG. You should look into doing a nature and wildlife exhibition or book one day. Get to know all the arty people and get arty yourself.

(Actually being serious about the exhibition and book. Teasing about getting arty. I visited Christer (cchunter) in Sweden who used to be a moderator on NE before withdrawing from the net completely for a while. He is shooting some excellent photos, I visited an exhibition of his. The next one will be nature and wildlife too.)

Thanks cobber,I was in the process of buying a proper lens yesterday,a bit of too and fro work vie email and the lens I was going to buy turned out to be the Gen 1 lens that was advertised like it was the latest Gen 11...hmmm i nearly bought a bummer. When you are thinking of spending a considerable amount on a lens its a real case of Caveat Et Emptor.

It would be good to publish a book of photographs, not so much to sell but for family gifts etc ...oh and a copy for NE too haha

Re Christer yes he is missed,i enjoyed his input ...in the old days long gone.
