ok i have had this gun for a year tried to sell her but no go so i took it to the gunsmith cross bolts being installed and rifle will be bedded and trigger will be tweeked since i am retired now i want to shoot i dont play golf i want to burn powder ,i found a great range to join it has a 1000 yard range and adding a 2000 yarder so time to put these rifles together and do some lab work at the range i think im gonna like being retired

have been looking hard at the special ops in 308 or 300 win with interchangeable barrels the is one out there with a 308 a 300 win mag and a 338 lapaua all in one package

I was going to say that 1000yards was probably a bit far for the 458WM.

With my CZ 550, the open sights with the 100 yard leaf are spot on with Winchester factory fodder, but low with my much faster reloads. If I use the 200 yard leaf, my reloads are spot on at a 100 yard target.
