Why is it dangerous? I though they were pretty safe.

They'll sell some at those very reasonable prices. That said, the trend these days in gun sales is for AR style "Black" rifles. There isn't a huge market for these specialized big bores in the USA, at least.

Really?? My thought was that with Africa still being quite popular, this would be a niche for this type of firearm...several manufacturers apparently feel similar as Winchester is dong the Safari Model again as well in 458, 416 Rem and .375H&H along with Kimber..
Maybe I am wrong ..guess time will tell..

He did say 3 down in the mag, was that just for the Gibbs. I would of thought you would get 4 down in the 416 Rigby.
