Heym W8870 Scope Mounts

Question for those knowledgeable about Heym rifles & mounts.

I located a set of Heym claw mounts for a number of Mauser 98 type actions (FN, Winchester 70, husky, and Heym). I'm trying to find mounts for an SR20...does anyone know if Heym used a standard dimension for mounts?

What do you mean "standard dimension" ? The distance between claws. or ?

I mean a standard dimension for spacing between drilled & tapped holes in the receiver + standard dimension for screw size & thread pitch.

Think I've answered my own question. The Heym claw mount set I was looking at has same hole spacing pattern for front & rear base; SR20 hole spacing is different between front & rear. So they won't work for me.

BUT if anyone wants a brand new set of claw bases & rings for a great price, search "Heym" on gunsamerica.com

I have just had to replace the mounts on my sr20 as I have put on a 4-12x50 Swarovski scope. My old mounts were low and the objective was just touching the barrel. I have used a set of recknagle bases with warne rings - not as pretty as my old mounts, but does the job.
