I haven't seen an original Mauser factory bolt handle that looked like that. Could be from a CZ.

I have once seen Model M full stock carbine in very good original condition. It had such a double facet flat bolt handle.

As the scope mount is not a Mauser Factory one IMHO the bolt handle is a replacement, done when some gunsmith did the Suhl-type clawmount, most likely post-WW2.
