Interesting, but I did find it difficult to watch - those guys need instruction on how to properly use a pump gun.

The round is ejected on the rise of the rifle (or shotgun), then slamming the slide foreward brings the sights back down onto the moving target.

All it takes is proper practise. Every one on my riot squad was proficient at this using magnum (12 ball) 00 buck.
Oh well.
