It looks nice.

Focus distance 10 yards - that's quite a long way for a CQB scope or am I reading it the wrong way ?

I couldn't see what it weights

That is how I read it too, but probably not really intended for a dedicated CQB scope, more of a general purpose infantry sight? Anyway a true 1x to 10x zoom is pretty unique!

I also didn't look at the price, i think it might be up there a bit !!!

Real focus at my March 3-24FFP,- 3x max.2.5m.3.0m
March 1-10 SFP MML milrad 1x.-min.1.0m , 5x.-near 3.0m.
