Some Aus wildlife
      #203074 - 21/02/12 05:47 AM

Carried my 7mm mag for the first time in 2012 in deer country last night for a couple of hours, never saw a deer. About all were a few roo`s that came by.Note one missing an ear.
Bird pics are from elsewhere.Fox out the car window and a sunrise at home.

haha in the 'old days Neale' yes but not now mate what with gun laws as they are.. they are all locked up in the vehicle.I didnt have one with me that day I think.
The fox pissed off quick when one of four thermalling wedgies came low over the top.
I carried my 7mm for the 1st time this year yesterday but never saw a deer, thats hunting!
Sville dont show the one eared roo to your kids,it might be a bit much.Glad they liked the doe roo.

What's the fox eating? Looks like a pig? In your area?

Tsk Tsk JH a Kiwi had to tell you it is indeed a bat..though I will qualify that stir with "it does look a bit like a road kill pig"

Not far from home John.

After being told I could see it was a wombat. Thought you might have some piggies hidden somewhere.

My Daughter just spotted the photo's Gryphon as she walked past.

Her favourite photo is the last bird (pardon my ignorance,is it a wren ?)
