very simple: you close the bolt and turn the lever forward. its located between bolt and bolt sleeve and some kind of stop is turning in.

he says its probably for the 8x50R but he never proof it.
because the rifle have no CIP proof its only for sale to collectors or gunmaker. if you wish to buy there is a possibility to help, you have an pm.
