The air-con was stuffed and someone stupid forgot to get it fixed before leaving. So the side-window air-con was utilised instead.

Will see if I can get some photos up today. Great little trip.

Sometimes a long hot drive back through the desert has its attractions. Actually I love deserts and get strangely excited when the boring cloaking scrub falls away and one is totally alone and can see for a hundred miles in ever direction (well it feels like that).

Here is something pretty to look at. It left me in wonder and regret that it is transitory and can not be kept for ever.
