Mauser Book and Scope Sights

Not sure if this should go here or under the literature forum, but I just got a copy of Richard Law's "Sniper Variations of the German K98k Rifle" and already I can heartily recommend it.

Especially for those characters like Altamaha who know their way around a Bridgeport mill.

Really interesting multitude, and I mean myriad variations of scope and scope mounts for the 98. Wow, did they ever make anything twice?

Anyway, fascinating, and the mounts might give some of our machinists some ideas of how to make and/or modify existing mounts.

What are the Rosary, the Cross or the Crucifix other than tools to help maintain the fortress of our faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God?
