Makers label for Defourny ?

Has anybody ever seen a makers label for Defourny shotgun case. I just re-furnish an old case for my friends sidelock Defourny and correct makers label would be a nice add to case cover.

I found in net two small fotos of Defourny cases. But it seems that there has been several Defourny -named gunsmiths in Belgium. Luckily www.littlegun.be helps me to find correct first name and adress. And here is the label:

Yes, there is an another. I have seen it but it seems that this O&L -case style is older than the shotgun I made the case so maybe there is older and later model of makers label. The gun in case is signed by Guillaume.
