New toy now I need help

Well was at the local gun store to pick up some Bell brass for my .458lott and found a new toy I could not live without A Manlicker stocked Ruger #1 in 7X57.

Now I need some help with who would be the best person to restock in a nice piece of wood without spending a arm and a leg. I was told Boyds (not sure of the spelling) had refits for the #1 any other suggestions?

IMO you are better off keeping the nice Ruger wood unless your willing to spend some major bucks on a real custom stock...

Stocks by companies like the old Fajan co., Boyds, and American etc. are little better than good factory wood IMO...they are best reserved for replacement stuff when a factory stock is broken...

No such animal as a inexpensive custom stock..the rest is pretty junk...
