Does anyone have an email address for a real live person at Chapuis in France? They don't seem to answer the generic one.

The only one that I had that worked was info@chapuis-armes.com and address it to Mr Vincent Chapuis

If you write a polite and logical Email, Vincent will direct it to the correct department but if it is in some way nasty, it falls into the 'File 13" shredder.
