HRB_Co rear sight info needed

Hi fellow Martini fans,

I picked up a H.R.B-Co 1896 M.H. ( 1896 converted to ME 303) yesterday and I need some info about the rear sight.

I haven't seen the like of it before and the leaf is missing. It appears that it was windage adjustable as there is a scale on the leaf base.
I'm not sure what to call the different bits, but you can see that the arm is articulated so as it is elevated the sight leaf base stays horizontal.
The left hand side of the elevator end is hooked over and rides in a curved track.
If someone has a picture or drawing of the complete sight, I would appreciate it as I want to make the missing piece.

The rifling is a bit different as well, with wide lands and narrow grooves. Left hand twist.

Cheers,
Tony

Tony,
I'm not sure, but have a look on this website, you might find something. It's a pretty good site for all sorts of Martini/BSA/Parker Hale sight info.

Regards,
DC

Thanks Dave. I't a really good website.
I had a look there, but there is nothing on this particular rear sight.
