A little over two weeks ago, I sent a very well used 18 or so year old Burris scope back to the factory as, the past two seasons, it was just not doing the job. It has been abused, banged around, dropped; you name it! Nothing to do with any factory defects in materials or workmanship, no way. Yesterday, I got a package in the mail, Burris paid the postage, and, if the ring marks hadn't been on the tube, I would have thought it was a new one. Great customer service!

What a switch! I used to sell the Burris line and even used one to take my Desert Bighorn. I like the scopes, but Burris service sucked the big.... I believe that their sales fell way off because of this well earned reputation of "service?...we don't give no stinking service!" I still use Burris scopes, but hesitate to recommend them to others. I am most happy to hear that all has changed. Their new product line looks pretty good...
I used to be a huge Burris fan. So few dealers carry their line now. I wish they would come out with a higher end product. I have been very happy with every one of their scopes I have bought. I wish I could say that about others
