Self guided hunting in Canada for moose and caribou.

Hi all

Is self guided trips legal for non canadian citizens?
I am thinking of a self guided trip next fall, guess it is to late for these session. Moose and caribou are high on my wish list.

My copy of ONT regs abt 98 states no go for non resident/national hunting without a pro guide. I think that's universal across all provinces.

But if you have a landowner with a huge spread then .........................?

BC has both species as well - no non-guided trips here, either. Must have a licenced guide.
