The ZG 47 was supposed to have been made in 10.75x68 but I have never seen one or even heard of one in real life. Was this something cataloged but never actually produced? Has anyone actually seen one?

It wasnt listed as one of their calibers, and i have newer seen and heard of one in that chamber.
But they were able to supply after order, so its not impossible there ware some built.

I was told it had been a cataloged cal., but I have never seen a original catalog so it all may just be a rumor.

According to the catalogue material I have seen, 5,6x61 Vom Hofe and 10,75x68 were available as "special order", I was once offered to buy a ZG-47 in 5,6x61 from a gunshop. I have fondled with a 10,75x68 that belonged to a German - no idea if it was original or not.
Hasn't Alf got a ZG-47 in 9,3X64 Brenneke?

Never seen one. The larger calibers are usually not that common. I have one in 30-06 and the other in 9,3x62.
